At Collective Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition. Please note that custom builds and used components are subject to specific evaluation before a refund is issued.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
